WHAT IS PRP TREATMENT?

PRP It is the process of taking a small amount of blood from the person's body, separating the plasma of the blood with a special process and giving it back to the body by injection. The obtained plasma is very rich in cells called "platelets". Platelets, whose main task in the body is to ensure blood clotting, have an important role in wound healing thanks to the growth factors they contain. PRP treatment, which is used in the treatment of scars, cracks, hair loss and orthopedics as well as skin rejuvenation in cosmetic dermatology, provides a completely natural healing without any foreign substance or drug to the body

PRP is the abbreviation of the treatment method called platelet-rich plasma. PRP is “autologous blood treatment” and the platelets responsible for coagulation obtained from the patient's own blood heal in the damaged area. It is a treatment method that stimulates the process.

The aim during PRP treatment is to reduce the erythrocytes to 5% and increase the platelet amount to 94% with the help of technology from the blood taken from the patient.
